There are a few ways to cut a mango. Growing up my mom always used a pairing knife to peel the skin and then cut the mango flesh from the seed. Now that I am showing my kids how to cut a mango, I have switch using a peeler to easily remove the skin and then use the knife to cut the mango flesh from the seed. It was definitely easier for my kids.
